Start the New Year out right!

Recently I watched an ad stating that a certain medication provides "pure happiness, pure joy." I was outraged! You cannot find happiness in a pill or any other means outside of yourself.

Happiness is found within. While I am not disputing that medication can help but it should NOT be relied upon for TRUE happiness, TRUE joy. Please bare in mind that once you start a medication you will have to rely on it for the rest of your life, because without it you will never be the same. I can say this with certainty because I am one of those people.

Learn to examine your life in all area's. Bad relationships, bad experiences can affect our mental health and happiness. Once we learn those "triggers" we can address them by setting boundaries and ground rules. Self-discipline must be applied and enforced/reinforced.
