Behavior Makes All The Difference

Apologies and changed behavior together make all the difference in the world. Words alone can become less meaningful when those words are repeated over and over with little to no change in sight by the person speaking them. Hold those accountable by paying attention to changed behavior or lack thereof. We must stop accepting words with no real meaning behind them in order to make real change in our lives.
